How can I track my order?
You may track your order by logging into your account online. In our easy to navigate account area, you may view your current status of orders by viewing ORDER HISTORY.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email that your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking number in this email, which you can also use online at ups.com to track your package.

I haven't received my order yet. How long does it take to ship a package?
For UPS Ground orders, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. Packages shipped via Ground typically arrive within 8-10 business days. Orders shipped via 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air will be processed and shipped the same business day, provided they are received by 12pm PST.
