What is your return policy?

All Jennifer DeLonge products are handcrafted. There may be some slight variation in color, texture and finish.
These are not considered flaws. All sales are final.

Please examine your order immediately upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must claim with carrier under their terms and conditions.
All other claims must be submitted to Customer Service within 5 days of receipt.

Cancellations or changes will not be accepted after fabric has been cut. All cancellations must have prior authorization, which won’t be granted if the product is being manufactured , and or must be documented with a confirmation number issued by Jennifer DeLonge. Otherwise, orders may not be cancelled and in the event the order is cancelled, the fee will be 100% of the total price.

We do our best to represent the colors of each material to the best of our ability online. Please note that computer screens vary and colors may appear different on screen.
