What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Furniture must not be worn or used in anyway. Any wear and tear on furniture items is unacceptable. If we receive an item that appears to be worn, we will contact you to discuss the return.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges.

How do I make a return/exchange?
Making a return is quick and simple.

1. Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. To do this, please contact us at customerservice@jenniferdelonge.com. Please provide us with the order number you would like to return and we will provide you with an authorized RMA#.

2. Please allow up to one business day for us to process a RMA# for you. We will send this to you via your registered email address on file. Be sure to include this number on your return slip and on the mailing label included in your original package.

3. Mail returns / exchanges to our warehouse. Clearly label the original shipping package with the RMA#. Returned items and items for exchange must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#.

It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.

We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow up to 4 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please be aware that on furniture items there will be some slight variation.

We do our best to represent the colors of each material to the best of our ability online. Please note that computer screens vary and colors may appear different on screen.
