How are packages shipped?
Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. We offer four delivery options, UPS Ground Service, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. If your order requires a RUSH, please note it on your order form and contact us.(Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse.)

Anywhere outside the continental US, please contact us for delivery options. Shipping rates will also vary for orders places outside the continental US.
You will be notified if there are any delays of shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been received. Please keep in mind; if you order multiple items, they may not be shipped together due to availability and size.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges automatically generate based on the current UPS rate. Please note there will be an additional handling fee of $5 per item shipped from our warehouse. There may also be additional surcharges for oversized items. Both of these charges (handling and surcharge) will automatically calculate in the Packaging/Handling fee when an order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.Oversize Items:
Please note that there may be additional surcharges for large and/or oversized items. These charges will be applied at the time of sale.
Expedited Shipping Rates:
All expedited shipping rates will be calculated automatically by our UPS shipping rates.
All orders are shipped from Carlsbad, CA.
Special routing information must be specified or we will ship at our own discretion. Special handling requests are subject to additional charges.
Due to the nature of our products, some items will be shipped in oversized containers, which may result in higher freight costs.
Jennifer Delonge™ will not be help responsible for additional charges incurred for inside deliveries.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the US. We currently do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.How long does it take to process and ship the order?
For UPS Ground orders, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. Packages shipped via Ground typically arrive within 8-10 business days.Orders shipped via 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air will be processed and shipped the same business day, provided they are received by 12pm PST.
